ROOMS & RATES

Accommodations at the Neumann House include three guest rooms with private baths. Each of these rooms can accommodate two persons.

PEACH ROOM
A king size bed anchors this spacious guest room, decorated in shades of peach, sage and ivory. Whether curling up in bed with your latest best seller, or checking the weather forecast on the in-room cable television, you'll feel right at home in these accommodations. The adjacent bathroom boasts an old-fashioned claw-foot bathtub, large enough for even a six footer to stretch out for a soothing bubble bath. Bedroom has air conditioning (with guest access of controls) and ceiling fan.

PINK ROOM
Our most popular guest room features antique dresser and desk,  a comfortable wing back chair and hardwood floors. The queen size bed includes an iron and brass headboard. In-room cable television, ceiling fan and air conditioning are basic comforts. The attached bathroom, equipped with shower, vanity and toilet invokes a long ago era when servant's quarters were two steps down from the family's living space.  

For parties up to four persons, the pink room can be expanded to a two bedroom suite.  The second bedroom is our sunporch.  Its red oak wainscoting is highlighted by the yellow and blue bed linens on a double bed with oak headboard.

BLUE ROOM
Compact, yet comfortable describes this guest room. Perfect for a college roommate reunion, or a mother - daughter outing, the Blue Room features  twin beds with red enamel headboards and an antique chiffonier-wardrobe. The attached bathroom with shower hides behind a pair of louvered doors. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and cable TV are standard.

RATES AND RESERVATIONS

Neumann House rates do not include state and county sales tax, and Prairie du Chien room tax.

To check availability of guest rooms, please phone (877) 340-9971. To hold your reservation, a deposit of one night's rate is required. If you must cancel, a one week notice is needed to avoid loss of your deposit.

Your account may be settled with cash, personal check or traveler's check. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.

WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL POLICY
Parties wishing to reserve the entire bed & breakfast accommodations of Neumann House should make inquires well in advance of desired date(s). Registered guests during the whole house booking are permitted to use the Neumann House's common area for purposes such as gathering with friends or family, cocktail party, cards or table games, etc. A representative of the party should consult with the innkeeper about breakfast requirements, or any special needs the group may have. A whole house booking will receive a 10% discount; a four night or more booking will receive a 15% discount. For more information on whole house rental please contact the Innkeeper, Luanne Neumann.  Whole house rentals will receive one invoice for settlement of the account.
